Following our developments of Phase 1 & 2 we are delighted to confirm we have been awarded the Design & Build contract for the Chalklands Phase 3 Development at Eastern Avenue, Dunstable.
The project comprises of 4 new highly modern industrial units which include:
· Demolition of the existing industrial buildings and on site recycling to reduce waste generation.
· Steel framed and clad industrial units with 1st floor mezzanine office space totalling approx. 2100m2.
· The most modern methods of construction with sustainably sourced products.
· New access roadways & services infrastructure.
· Car parking with share facilities and cycle storage.
· Landscaping and fencing.
· Constructed to a Very Good BREEAM rating.
Works are due to commence February 2023.
