Recycling!

by | Sep 21, 2023 | Environment

We have recently commenced the construction of a new project for Milton Keynes Council to provide St Paul’s Catholic School with a new SEND teaching block.

As part of the construction process we have agreed with the client a strategy where we reduce the CO2 footprint of this project by retaining all of the inert excavated waste on site to create ecologically friendly features.

In addition we have uplifted the existing artificial grass to re-use on another project we have been awarded local to this scheme.

All green waste was removed from site and turned into PAS 100 compost at a local recycling centre, with all imported hardcore being returned from the recycling centre on the same vehicles.
